Roles and Responsibilities:
- – Addressing pre-purchase and post-purchase queries from customers.
- – Handling service calls and logging them into the Service Partner CRM.
- – Conducting review and feedback calls with customers.
- – Maintaining the customer issue tracker.
- – Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- – Technical proficiency.
- – Computer literacy with good typing speed.
- – Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word.
- – Preferably a multilingual candidate with proficiency in south Indian languages.
